Digital Marketing Manager

**Role**: Digital Marketing Manager**Shift**: 9 am to 5:30 pm EST**Location**: Work from HomeWe are looking for a competent Account Manager to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.**Responsibilities**- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the software offered by the company.- Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas- Update our internal team with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers- Present the platform/products on calls to prospective clients and convert leads into sales- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved if any- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams- Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software features and updates- Showcase our product and company to potential prospects with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs- Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging (redacted) effectively and finding value in our services and help them how to maximize the use of software features- Analyze and report product malfunctions- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members- Become an expert on the platform and DashClicks products/service and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products- Work independently using the company’s project management tool to track tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as an Account Executive/Manager, or similar customer service role- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles- 2+ years of working experience inside Google Ads (PPC), Facebook Ads (META), and SEO- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills- Organizational and time-management skills- A business acumen- Enthusiastic and passionate- A marketing mindset would help you win thisThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
