We bring together the brightest minds to create breakthrough technology solutions, helping our customers make their mark on the world.**The Storage Business Planning & Analytics team** is looking for a **self-directed, motivated, and structured professional who is passionate **about developing **Power BI dashboards/tools**, analyzing data, and working with people to develop and present insights to drive the $4.7B HPE Storage Business.We are a small team that works in a **highly collaborative environmen**t with world-wide responsibilities/customers. Your primary focus will be to develop insightful Power BI dashboards for our customers that are based on scalable processes that efficiently bring in large amounts of data, from various sources, on a regular basis. In addition, you will need to be able to analyze data to find trends, issues, and insights and clearly communicate that information to the storage leadership team. **If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities, join us**As a **Storage Business Planning & Analytics Reporting Expert**, the person in this role will contribute to the success of the business by supporting the storage leadership team with their data analysis, process improvements, and strategic insights.- **Data Analysis**: Define and produce metrics/reports, in a time-sensitive environment, which are used to measure storage business performance; Develop the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.- **Process improvements**: Improve the efficiency in producing deliverables used by the storage leadership team, and find ways for those deliverables to be delivered on time with quality and recognizing when escalations are necessary.- **Strategic insights**: Contributes to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations.**_How you´ll make your mark:- **- Lead complex data and business analyses supporting business development, and produces recommendations and insights.- Work independently to construct highly complex financial models to forecast business performance; coaches others on model development.- Establish the metrics required to measure business performance, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.- Lead cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.- Contribute to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.- Partner with business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities.- Identify/develop cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.**_About you:_**- Solid work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
