As Accountant working within Managed Services(one of our entities), you will be responsible for providing senior leadership with accurate financial information by preparing, researching, and analyzing accounts.**How You Make a Difference Everyday**:- Prepare journal entries- Reconcile balance sheet accounts- Record transactions in the general ledger- Assist in the timely preparation of the monthly financial package- Assist external auditors for the completion of the annual audit by gathering documents, validating account balances and explaining account activity- Provide answers to accounting and financial questions through investigative and analytical methods- Recommend changes to current accounting procedures for increased accuracy and efficiency, when appropriate- Support the Accounting team with other related duties, as assigned**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting strongly preferred- Minimum 2 years of experience with account reconciliation and journal entries- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Demonstrated financial analytical ability- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills- Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion when dealing with confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information and dataThis position is full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break.**What We Offer**:- Life Insurance policy for you starting 30 days after employment.- Personal Health Insurance coverage for you - Major Medical- 30 days “Aguinaldo” Christmas bonus or prorated percentage your first year.- Vacation time starting at 12 days.
