In this role, you will work directly with some of the most experienced and highly regarded bankers in the technology sector, supporting and executing high‑profile M&A and private capital raise transactions. This front‑office position is fully remote and requires close collaboration with our U.S., Caribbean, LatAm, and other global teammates. Core Qualifications Professional fluency in English +2 years of front‑office investment banking experience Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and critical thinking skills Strong work ethic, communication, presentation, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills Strong PowerPoint presentation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a track record of achieving goals Bachelor's and/or master's degree in an analytical field from a reputed college Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news Job Responsibilities Advanced Financial Modeling & Analysis – Build from scratch and refine complex financial models (3‑statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, etc.) to assess capital structures and valuation scenarios. Develop strategic recommendations and support creative transaction structures. Deal Execution Support – Collaborate directly with clients, advisors, and senior partners to provide updates on deal progress and outstanding issues. Coordinate due diligence processes (legal, financial, operational), monitor timelines, and manage data flow among stakeholders. Prepare transaction documentation including confidentiality agreements, term sheets, and final marketing materials for prospective investors or acquirers. Pitchbook & Presentation Development – Craft high‑impact pitch materials and management presentations, presenting complex financial data in an accessible and visually engaging format. Continuously update standard client‑facing materials with new market insights, recent transaction benchmarks, and emerging sector opportunities. Market & Industry Research – Conduct in‑depth industry analyses, monitoring key competitive trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory developments that may impact deal opportunities. Mentorship & Team Coordination – Oversee and guide junior analysts in research, modeling best practices, and quality control. Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture by sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and encouraging continuous learning. Process Optimization & Best Practices – Evaluate current deal execution procedures, identify process gaps, and implement improvements to streamline workflows. Contribute to the creation and refinement of standardized templates, database resources, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
