FP&A, Business Development, FP&A Manager**Your new company**Important Global Company from the Refinery and Cane Sugar industry is looking for their new FP&A Manager**Your new role**As FP&A Manager your responsibilities will be:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies- Translate complex financial data into easy-to-understand narratives for senior management- Develop and maintain financial models, budgeting, and forecasting processes- Conduct cost analysis, monitoring, and valuation- Support commercial projects through market research, competitive analysis, and cost-to-serve evaluations- Contribute to a positive team environment with a proactive, hands-on approach**What you'll need to succeed**- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or a similar role- Proven track record in finance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cost analysis, and valuation- Strong experience in commercial projects, such as commercial strategy, cost-to-serve analysis, market research, and competitive analysis- Positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt to ever-changing situations- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, verbally and in writing- Able to travel 1 week per month**What you need to do now**If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
