They oversee specialists in their duties; consult with executives on strategic planning, and link a company's management with its employees.**Key Duties & Responsibilities:**- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications- Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills- Contact references and perform background checks- Conduct new employee orientations- Process paperwork- Make sure all agents feel happy and comfortable having a place to go if there are any complaints.- Creating contracts with the accountant's office.- Creating Payrolls with accountants.- Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests with Office Admin***Salary**: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month**Experience**:- recrueting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
