2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week ) The Senior Data Modeler will lead data architecture and modeling efforts for a large-scale State of California enterprise data warehouse initiative. Daily responsibilities include performing business and systems analysis, gathering and translating requirements, and developing conceptual, logical, dimensional, and physical data models using industry-standard modeling techniques and tools. The role requires supporting and enhancing the enterprise data warehouse, building facts and dimensions following the Kimball Dimensional Modeling Framework , and documenting data flows to support reporting, optimization, and governance. The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, DBAs, ETL developers, and leadership to ensure high-quality data structures. Additional tasks include mentoring team members, creating specifications, performing predictive/data analysis, and ensuring data management best practices across the organization. Must Haves 10+ years demonstrable experience in the data management or data architecture space. 5+ years specializing in database design, including relational and dimensional modeling. 5+ years as a data analyst or in a quantitative role supporting data modeling responsibilities. 5+ years hands-on experience with relational and dimensional data modeling, statistical analysis, or machine learning aligned to the listed duties. Strong hands-on experience with Kimball Dimensional Modeling, including facts and dimensions. Ability to develop conceptual, logical, and dimensional models for enterprise data warehouses. Strong experience translating business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications. Experience with dataflow diagramming, documentation, and enterprise data management frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills across both technical and non-technical audiences. 2+ years experience working with Star, Snowflake, and/or Hybrid schemas. Ability to mentor team members and support standardization of data modeling best practices. Plusses (Desired Qualifications) 2+ years experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) in OCI. Expert-level experience with Kimball dimensional modeling methodologies. Expert-level experience with Oracle SQL Developer or ER/Studio Data Architect for Oracle environments. 2+ years experience developing ETL using Oracle tools. Ability to provide technical leadership for a data warehouse team (ETL, DBA work, administration, data analysis). Experience supporting predictive modeling, data analysis, and optimization efforts. Net Technical Lead Mexico In this role you will: Work with client, development teams and product owners to deliver product features Provide technical leadership to the development team. Follow standard agile scrum practices for software development. Perform code review, refactoring and managing source code per standards to ensure quality Design required solutions and guide teams in implementation Apply standard development methods covering the full development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment) to ensure solution quality Required Skills: C# knowledge Experience supporting minor enhancements / bug fixes Consuming web APIs Knowledge of .NET patterns, including MVC. Knowledge performing UI improvements / upgrades Ability to propose and implement .NET upgrades as needed.
