Funciones Principales Establecer objetivos y metas para el monitoreo y control del proyecto. Desglose de Estructura de trabajo (WBS) en todas las fases del proyecto. Elaboración y control al detalle del programa maestro del proyecto. Elaboración y control de presupuesto conceptual, paramétrico hasta llegar al presupuesto Base del proyecto. Establecer matriz de comunicación entre las empresas subcontratadas. Coordinar a todos y cada uno de los servicios técnicos para la elaboración del diseño, tales como mecánica de suelos, estudio hidrológico, topografía, etc. Establecer plan de abastecimientos identificando la estrategia de contrataciones y paquetes de trabajo. Comparativas y concursos de compañías responsables para la elaboración del proyecto ejecutivo e ingenierías necesarias. Coordinación de juntas de seguimiento y trabajo con las diferentes empresas para revisión de avance. Establecer y cumplir fechas claves. Presentación y junta ante director del proyecto. Control de información y planos en plataforma digital. Control contractual y presupuestal mensual. Revisión de catálogos y especificaciones para desarrollo de concursos de construcción. Revisión a detalle de proyecto ejecutivo para construcción de todas las especialidades: Diseño Arquitectónico, Ingeniería estructural, Ingenierías MEP, Diseño Interior, Iluminación, Paisajismo técnico. Excelente control administrativo de estimaciones. Coordinación y seguimiento de Gestoría de Permisos y trámites municipales y de dependencia privadas.
