We’re seeking a creative and self-driven Designer who excels at integrating design with product development. In this role, you’ll own projects from concept to launch, creating innovative user experiences and seamlessly blending design expertise with product strategy.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Project Ownership**: Lead projects end-to-end—from initial concept through design, iteration, and final implementation.- **User Experience Design**: Craft complete user experiences from the ground up, ensuring a cohesive and engaging interaction across platforms.- **Product Integration**: Collaborate with product teams to align design vision with product strategy, balancing aesthetics with functionality.- **Innovation & Tools**: Experiment with and adopt new design tools and techniques, including animation, to enhance creative output.- **Design Vision**: Develop and maintain a strong, personal design vision that drives project success and meets business objectives.**Qualifications**:- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in design with a strong emphasis on product work.- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in modern design tools and animation software.
