We're seeking a **passionate and creative Marketing Specialist** with a strong background in **lead generation, design, and content creation** to bring their unique talents to our collaborative and supportive environment.**Your Impact**As a **Marketing Specialist** at Equivity, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing **strategic, visually compelling, and high-converting marketing campaigns**. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical marketer who **excels in content creation, digital design, and data-driven strategies** that generate high-quality leads and drive measurable business growth.**What You’ll Do**- Implement strategies to **drive traffic, capture leads, and optimize conversion rates**.- Optimize **landing pages, CTAs, and marketing funnels** to enhance lead quality and increase conversion rates.- Analyze key performance metrics (**CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, ROI**) and adjust strategies accordingly.- Manage **CRM and marketing automation tools** (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) to effectively track, segment, and nurture leads.- Conduct **market and competitor research** to identify new growth opportunities.- Support **retargeting, upselling, and nurturing efforts** to maximize sales potential.- ** Write and edit compelling, high-quality content** for various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.- Report on **lead generation and campaign performance**, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.**What We’re Looking For**- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field** (Google Analytics/Ads certifications are a plus).- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or a similar role.- Proven experience in **lead generation, content marketing, and digital design**.- ** Strong content creation skills** - ability to craft engaging copy and visual assets for digital marketing campaigns.- Proficiency in **design tools** such as **Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar**.- Experience with **CRM and marketing automation tools** (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).- ** Excellent English skills (both written and spoken, near-native proficiency)**.- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** to evaluate lead sources and optimize performance.- ** Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities**.**What We Offer**✔ **Work Schedule**: Monday-Friday (7:30 am - 4:30 pm)✔ **Salary**: $15,000-$20,000 pesos per month (gross salary)✔ **Opportunities for professional development**✔ **A progressive company culture** where your ideas are valuedAt **Equivity**, we value creativity, strategic thinking, and teamwork.
