An integral part of HPE, we work in areas such as Intellectual Property, Mergers and Acquisitions, Ethics, Antitrust, Commercial Law, and Litigation to name but a few.**_How you´ll make your mark:_**- Provide Change Management support to Global Security, including submission of Requests for Change (RFCs), and modification and approvals of RFCs.- Facilitate server access for Global Security employees, through various processes and tools.- Procure cloud servers for Global Security teams and resolve any issues with access or availability.- Install and configure servers.Support security audit requests.- Write and maintain support and process documents (e.g. playbooks, install docs, etc.)- 24 x 7 On-call support is required (on a rotation basis, approximately one week every eight weeks).**_About you:_**- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but comparable accomplishments in Systems Administration will be considered.- 3+ yrs. of current experience in IT.- Minimum of 2 year of experience in the support of at least two of the following areas:- End-user Support- Incident Management- Application Software or Database SupportDeployment of Security Patches/Hotfixes for Enterprise Applications- Troubleshooting of operating system and networking issues.- Experience supporting Windows or Linux server technology, complex enterprise systems that include geographically distributed users.- Excellent troubleshooting techniques and analytical skills.- Familiarity with HPIT processes relating to Change Management, Configuration Management, Access Management.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to operate within a team independently and understand when to escalate issues to management.- Some knowledge of security tools, threats and vulnerabilities associated with large enterprise environments a plus.**_We offer:_**- A competitive salary and extensive social benefits- Diverse and dynamic work environment- Work-life balance and support for career development- An amazing life inside the element Want to know more about it?Then let’s stay connectedHPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT and Affirmative Action employer.
