Mid QA Automation Engineer

We seek an experienced Mid-QA automation engineer to develop and manage our automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress. You will be responsible for driving quality initiatives across our secure cloud-based platform, making collaboration, clarity, and organization of data effortless. It is essential that you can lead by example and be hands-on in defining and implementing a best-in-class QA strategy. It is also important that you can work as a team player and develop collaborative skills with the entire team.**Responsibilities**:- Be a guardian for the quality of the product- Provide guidance to the engineering team for their test automation program- Maintain and improve automated test system in Selenium and Cypress- Work closely with the product and engineering teams in specification and test plan development**Requirements**:- 4+ years of QA automation experience- SaaS platform is a plus- Strong understanding of TDD and/or BDD- Details-oriented and troubleshooting skills- Experience with automated test tools (Selenium and Cypress)- Strong understanding of Javascript, AJAX, HTML 5, CSS- Strong background in Docker- Experience with bug/defect tracking tools such as Jira, Redmine, Bugzilla, etc- Experience with Git or other SCM- Experience with Linux (bash)- Experience with at least one RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres, etc.)**Nice To Have**:- Bachelor´s degree in software-related field- Background with KubernetesOur Recruitment Process- 15-minute Initial Call- 20-minute take-home skills test- 30-minute Call with the Recruiter (project, benefits, etc.)- Interviews directly with the client (depending on the project the # of interviews may vary, this may include a code assessment)- Final Offer**Benefits**:- Work Remote Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)- Vacation: 10 business days a year- Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year- Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Zipdev Day)- Major Medical Insurance- Active Lifestyle/Gym Reimbursement- Quarterly Home Office Reimbursement- Performance-based Bonus- Continuous Education Bonus- Access to Training and Professional Development Platforms- Did we mention its REMOTE
