About the Job**:The Scrum Master is accountable for establishing Scrum, helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice, both within the Product Team and the organization.He/she is accountable for the team’s effectiveness, by enabling the team to improve its practices, within the Scrum framework.Our Scrum Masters are open, approachable, collaborative, and enjoy working with passionate people. They are proactive in solving problems to help their team(s) succeed.The Scrum Master drives Agile frameworks that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement, which contribute to the success of our technology initiatives.**About you**:- 3 to 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Agile- **Knowledge and experience of Scrum is a must**- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks is appreciated/recommended for Senior Scrum Masters (Kanban, agile at scale, etc)- Proven ability to facilitate agile teams effectively with zero formal authority.- Adept in problem solving and resolving conflict.- Strong communication skills and ability to rapidly build trust and positively influence others at all levels of the organization.- Strong time management and organization skills- Strong influencing skills- Scrum certification a plus- Experience in working with agile lifecycle and/or tracking and process management tools, e.g. JIRA, Asana, etc.**BENEFITS**Medical Insurance of major medical expensesSuper Market Bouchers of $1069Saving Fund of 9% ($2000)English classesDevelopment programCertificationsDirect Contract with EONFinal Client DANONE
