De rol

Je maakt deel uit van de kwaliteitsdienst binnen onze productielocatie in Hardenberg. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, juiste toepassing én implementatie van kwaliteitscontrole- en kwaliteitsborgingsactiviteiten. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Quality Benelux. Het betreft een functie in dagdienst.

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Het opstellen van kwaliteitsplannen zodanig dat de kwaliteit van de producten gewaarborgd is en wordt voldaan aan de specificaties.
  • Het monitoren en rapporteren van (kwaliteit) KPI’s.
  • Het uitvoeren van risico analyses (PFMEA).
  • Het uitvoeren van zowel interne als externe audits op product en proces ten behoeve van de kwaliteitsbewaking en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Het begeleiden van en ondersteunen bij klant meldingen van zowel interne als externe klanten.
  • Het coördineren van activiteiten ten einde van de kwaliteitsborging.
  • Het initiëren van verbeteringen in samenwerking met collega’s binnen de organisatie.
  • Leiden en/of onderdeel uitmaken van projecten met de focus op verbeteren van bestaande producten of processen of het implementeren van nieuwe producten.
  • Ambassadeur van onze kwaliteits- en veiligheidscultuur.
We zijn op zoek naar iemand die:
  • In bezit is van een relevante vooropleiding op Bachelor niveau.
  • 3-5 jaar werkervaring heeft in een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Proactief is en gericht op kwaliteit en verbeteringen.
  • Diepgaande kennis en ervaring heeft met kwaliteitsnormen en kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Een goede kennis van kwaliteitsborging- en controle methodologieën heeft.
  • Bekend is met continuous improvement en methodieken zoals 8D en 4C.
  • Ervaring heeft met kunststofproducten en hun kwaliteitscriteria is een pré.
  • ISO 9001 interne auditor is een pré.
  • Ervaring heeft met software zoals Power BI, SAP, Microsoft office.
  • Teamplayer is die functioneel ook boven het team kan staan.
