Resposable de trabajar en conjunto con varios departamentos para poder establecer la información laser requerida por clientes en ordenes laser y estampado de llaves; incluyendo logotipos como leyendas.**Descripción del empleo**- Correr reportes en Oracle de ordenes laser de Oracle- Crear la información laser para que se procese en manufactura. I- Verificar cada línea, Interpretar/Analizar la información láser.- Generar información para Cada línea en Pantallas Laser en Oracle inclusive el del estampado de llaves.- Trabajar con CS / Ventas y Clientes cuando la información no está clara o completa.- Trabajar y reportar órdenes EDI con problemas a Corporativo con OM team “Order Manegenet Team”.- Apegarse al IT-OE-002 para el desarrollo diario de su trabajo.- Liberar los holds de laser una vez que sea completado lo anterior.- Detener órdenes que tengan problemas/dudas y liberarlas una vez que se haya aclarado el problema.- Dar Soporte a producción en caso de dudas.- Dar soporte de Captura de Ordenes Order entry Rep activeties- Dar soporte a “ORDER MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR.”- Dar soporte a “CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT COORD.”- Actualización de archivo de órdenes- Atender a entrenamientos y juntas.- Hacer los cambios necesarios en los procedimientos que se utilizan para realizar sus labores.**Requisitos**- Educación Universidad / o 4 años CS Order Entry Rep.- Experiência 1año / 4 años en actividades de CS OE- Conocimientos de OE.- Uso de paquetes Computacionales.- Ingles avanzado indispensable (escrito).**Información adicional**All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
