We are hiring a **Recruiter - North America** to join our dynamic **Global Talent Acquisition team.** In this role, you will lead and execute recruitment processes across North America. You will be joining a global team who is passionate about bringing the best talent to Steelcase while acting as an advisor and trusted partner to the business.**What you wil**l**be doing**:- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for various roles across North America (Mexico & US)- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the process.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.**Who You Are**:**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree on Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.- Advanced English is a must.- In-depth knowledge of recruiting and sourcing methodologies.- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, among other job boards.**Desired Skills and Experience**- Proactive and strategic thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing recruitment needs and priorities.- Background in working with diverse teams and promoting an inclusive work environment.**Wellbeing Means so Much More than Benefits**: We value our employees' well-being at Steelcase and offer several resources to support their health, work, and personal needs.- _Employee Assistance Program_, which provides immediate and confidential help 24/7 for any problem related to health, work, or personal life.
