As a member of this team, you will analyze requirements for features that will be implemented by engineers across Ellucian's developer ecosystem to enhance the experience for students, faculty, and staff.Our high-performing, collaborative team has already delivered award-winning results and we're excited to grow to achieve more success together**Where you will make an impact**- Assemble and refine user stories through internal collaboration across domains while establishing a firm understanding of both stakeholder needs as well as the scope of work required by your immediate team.- Perform in-depth research & analysis, drawing from your own findings while incorporating research from other stakeholders as needed to understand and vet new requirements.- Proactively communicate and collaborate with Product Managers, internal customers, user experience designers, engineers, and technical writers to record complex requirements and set the stage for seamless implementation of new features.- Identify gaps in ongoing analysis and provide technical expertise for business requirements outlined in system functional specifications.- Document test cases as well as steps to create data to support manual testing- Perform regression testing, analyze test suite results and recommend corrective action**What you will bring**- 0 to 2 years’ experience in an Analyst role in a software company- Demonstrated ability in taking a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving with an eye for detail- Experience collecting and understanding requirements, proposing solutions, diagraming user flow(s), and illustrating complex business procedures- Ability to interpret stakeholder needs into operational requirements- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Commitment to accessible and intuitive high-quality software- Experience & exposure working with different global teams and business groups- Experience in Rest API tools like Postman- Initiative to independently learn and adopt new skills- Collaborative team member who is also independent and self-motivated- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence and experience working in Agile SCRUM- Prior experience in Higher Education a plusWhat makes #Ellucianlife:- Comprehensive health coverage: family major medical expenses, dental and life insurance.- Christmas bonus 30 days- Saving fund- Monthly food coupon- 15 workdays vacation- Thrive Flex Program that allows you to contribute towards your health, financial or learning interests- 5 charitable days to support the community that supports us- Diversity and inclusion programs that promote employee resource groups such as: Women in Technology, Pride and Go Green to name a few.- Parental leave- Employee referral bonuses to encourage the addition of great new people to the team- We Foster a learning culture with:- Tuition Reimbursement Assistance- Professional development opportunitiesLI-RB1LI-Remote
