**Ubicación**: San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato**Oportunidad Kholer Bajío**FUNCIÓN BÁSICADirigir y aplicar procedimientos enfocados a la calidad y lineamientos de producción establecidos en kohler bajío, así como participar en la mejora continua del proceso. Dar apoyo a supervisor general en toma de decisiones y administración del equipo.RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS1.Coordinar junto al foreman al equipo de trabajo de acuerdo con las necesidades del turno.2.Solución de problemas propias del área productiva o problemas externos con las partes interesadas.3.Apoyar en mejoras continua en el proceso de producto terminado.5.Realizar procedimientos aplicables al área de producto terminado6.Asegurar que se siguen los procedimientos antes establecidos en el área de producto terminado.7.Asegurar la calidad y productividad en la producción de producto terminado.8.Toma de decisiones basadas en estudios realizados por el ingeniero.9.Hacer y aplicar estudios de mejora continua basado en el Tier 1, o indicadores del área de producto terminado.AUTORIDADES DEL PUESTO- Dar seguimiento a las solicitudes con el dpto. de compras.- Cuestionar cualquier decisión tomada por el equipo sin previo aviso.- Participar en juntas TIER-1 con foreman.- Toma y refuta decisiones dentro del equipo que tiene a cargo.- Autoridad sobre foreman en cuestiones de productividad y calidad.REQUISITOS DE EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIAESCOLARIDAD: Ingeniería industrial o afín al puesto.EXPERIENCIA: Mínimo dos años en industria cerámicaCONOCIMIENTOS: Manejo de office, comunicación asertiva, conocimiento en manejo de personal, solución de problemas y toma de decisiones, habilidad para manejo de PC. inglés medio, experiência en cerámica.**Skills/Requirements**REQUISITOS DE EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIAESCOLARIDAD: Ingeniería industrial o afín al puesto.EXPERIENCIA: Mínimo dos años en industria cerámicaCONOCIMIENTOS: Manejo de office, comunicación asertiva, conocimiento en manejo de personal, solución de problemas y toma de decisiones, habilidad para manejo de PC. inglés medio, experiência en cerámica.**Why Choose Kohler?**We empower each associate to #BecomeMoreAtKohler with a competitive total rewards package to support your health and wellbeing, access to career growth and development opportunities, a diverse and inclusive workplace, and a strong culture of innovation.
