**Key Responsibilities**:Identify cloud service features and manage the software development, including planning, organizing, and controlling the development processEstablish guidelines and procedures to produce high-quality cloud servicesOversee the development of cloud service features, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and with good qualityManage and lead a team of software development engineersCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations to ensure alignment and effective communicationEnsure compliance with OCI cloud standards, best practices, and regulatory requirementsIdentify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project successStay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve software development processes and practices**Requirements**:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or management roleStrong technical knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and WaterfallExpertise in reviewing code and providing constructive feedback to maintain development standards.Experience with software development tools, such as version control systems, and project management toolsStrong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risksAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlinesExperience managing customer escalations and critical incidents effectively.Career Level - M2
