**Digital Project Manager - Mars Global Services Digital Technologies - can be based in Mexico (Querétaro or Cuidad de México) or Brazil (São Paulo, Guararema or Campinas)**This exciting role is part of the Mars Digital Technologies (MDT) organization. Digital Technologies (DT) is focused on bringing new technology into our segments and functions to enable value creation and drive business objectives. Mars is embarking on a Digital Transformation and this role is a key contributor of this transformation in Demand Latam area and is responsible for delivery and evolution of projects and solutions.**What are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related to Business Informatics, Systems engineering, Sales, Marketing, or IT related.- Solid experience leading/implementing projects in CPG Industries- Strong Project/Portfolio management experience, ideally with agile methodologies.- Experience with Digital projects such as Digital Marketing (GTM, Facebook Ads, GMP), Ecommerce (Salesforce, Magento, Shopify), Loyalty programs, Dashboard creation and workflows.- Experience with projects involving ERP SAP is a plus.- Knowledge of specific areas such as Sales & Marketing, Digital, IT is a plus**What will be your key responsibilities?**- Translate the business’ needs into projects, new product requirements and capabilities.- Help build business processes to prioritize customer, community and internal feature requests for multiple projects.- Analyse the customer lifecycle and customer adoption of specific sales and marketing knowledge features- Design and align roadmap evolution to increase customer engagement working with several business and technical areas- Build and Use analytical tools to derive business insights in order to fully understand our customer’s pain points and the drivers of performance.- Working across Business Partnership, Core Capabilities and Core Services teams, determines system functional requirements and completes design in line with overall project aims.- Maintains a thorough understanding of the relevant business area to aid in the development of accurate and concise functional requirements.- Coordinates internal and 3rd party resources- Delivers solutions which are quality and functionally tested, with supporting project documentation which meet functional and technical requirements.Digital Project Manager from MDT side will ensure:- Working closely with business stakeholders/function/ functional business partners challenging business prioritization through strategic conversations of digital capabilities seeking business growth- Planning, leading and controlling of project activities as per PMX standards- Consulting business strategies from a digital perspective to ensure a digital transformation both in culture and mindset.- Co-building Digital Strategic Roadmap with business for a 3-5 year plan.**What can you expect from Mars?**- Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.- Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.- Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.- An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.If you’re passionate about our brands, a great strategic thinking, deliver high quality decision and have a high drive for results, then we want to hear from you.
