Relocation Assistance Offered Within Country - Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, MexicoThe **IP Demand Services Specialist Sr** is the responsible to coordinate the supplier performance indicators (Transportation/Storage/Copacking) for the three LATAM subregions, together with the planning and logistics area, it must obtain the results of the performance of each supplier for constant follow-up and monitoring of its results.**Responsibilities**:- Execute effective negotiations at the regional level for (Transportation / Storage / Copacking) making market comparisons and measuring the impact on cost that it would have on the business.- Contribute and monitor the purchase budget for specific services in charge, based on global and regional trends of services, and exchange information with suppliers in order not to exceed the established budget.- Maintain good communication with the service area and other functional groups of the various providers, as well as with the logistics area of the subsidiaries of each subregion, to ensure the effective execution of projects together with the logistics team.- Participate in monthly meetings of new projects to reinforce purchasing policies, solve problems and align service and financial strategies.- Contribute to the FTG program of each subregion seeking savings through negotiations with suppliers and internal actions, using electronic tools such as e-Auctions, e-savings to contribute to the company's savings goals.- Monitor SAP functions by making price comparisons on a day-to-day basis, including capturing new prices in order to have reliable information.- Support CP's compliance with government guidelines, working together with the security and logistics area.- Develop a documented understanding of the local market structure, conducting surveys, comparisons and analysis of market trends to direct your services with a vision of risk management and identify opportunities for threats.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related career.- 3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain similar position.- Advanced level of English.- Desirable experience working with SAP and Ariba.Equal Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
