We leverage world-class scientific capabilities and unrivalled proprietary datasets to support our clients with deep insights to guide strategic decisions, and robust evidence to support scientific publications and regulatory/payer submissions.**Role Overview**- Be involved in shaping and leading the team and offerings, working closely with the Director of Health Economics and the wider senior leadership team- Lead on business development, from proactively developing client relationships to shaping project proposals- Manage the delivery of a range of projects related to HEOR and database studies- Work with internal stakeholders, including regional Centers of Excellence teams and complimentary functions such as Market Access.- Liaise with clients including global and regional headquarters.**Hard skills and experience**:- Degree level education or higher from a relevant discipline (such as, but not limited to, economics, health economics, health policy, public health, medicine, pharmacy)- Relevant work experience (such as, but not limited to, pharmaceutical sector, consulting) with experience of HTA and/or value communication highly desirable- Demonstrable commercial awareness and thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, with an existing network of HEOR contacts highly desirable- Project/programme management experience. Proven track record of managing multiple consulting projects of varying complexity and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery- Leardship experience- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills- Proficient in all Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)**Our commitment to you**IQVIA is committed to your professional growth in the healthcare industry.
