Responsibilities of a great SDET Lead Lead a team of Quality Analysts to ensure quality assurance standards and requirements are met for existing and emerging technology, IT processes and related activities. Contribute to the definition of quality assurance practices and standards. Ensure QA testing is delivered on time, within established budget and according to established specifications. Participate in and support projects such as new module implementations, business process reengineering, customizations and software upgrades. Represent the company to customers as part of a team. Support a DevOps culture. Have a full understanding of CI/CD. Understand BU role and responsibilities as they relate to TVPT people, business and clients. Be highly proficient in all phases of TVPT SDLC and BU specific metrics and processes. What we look for / who would prosper in this role 7+ years' experience in an SDET role. 4+ years Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience. Demonstrated record of progressively responsible experience in QA. Experience leading projects or small teams. High‑volume technology development/QA experience preferred. Experience with automation tools like Selenium and defect tracking and test case repository tools like Jira and Zypher. Experience on open platform or TPF systems, ideal. Experience with quality testing tools such as HP/Mercury, as well as automation/performance scripting, ideal.
