The Residence Manager is responsible for the efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owner's satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owners satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Conduct tours with contractors and suppliers, ensure that access is registered, and always accompany external personnel to ensure security.
- Charge the owners' accounts for water purchases or any other requested requirements.
- Verify monthly account statements of the owners, ensuring corrections of errors and questioning utilities depending on visits and consumption.
- Maintain complete and updated documentation related to the residences under your responsibility, such as insurance policies, contracts, and others.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Hotel Management or related field of study is preferred.
- +4 years of proven experience as Residence / Property Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent financial and accountant acumen with a track record of successfully managing budgets and controlling costs.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Must be proficient in oral and written English and Spanish.
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar certification would be a plus.
