In this role you will assist all team members in People Data Management & Analytics, as well as Communication & Engagement Initiatives. You will support teams’ initiatives regarding Employee Retention, Engagement and other People related initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with other HR pillars in order to act in the implementation of projects related to learning and development, employee experience and engagement, culture and communication.Role Responsibilities:- Assist the People Analytics Manager with extracting and integrating people data to create comprehensive reports and uncover insights.- Conduct periodic and project-specific in-depth analyses focusing on the organization, its personnel, and aspects of culture/engagement.- Oversee and maintain data and budget governance tools for optimal organization and management.- Perform necessary data cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability.- Assist in the execution of the People Strategy.- Provide support to the CX HR team in developing and executing internal employee communications, collaborating closely with functional teams.- Offer assistance with the implementation of additional HR initiatives as required.Role Qualifications:- Bachelor's in progress: business, psychology, industrial engineer.- Soft Skills: effective communication, proactiveness, critical thinking.- Hard Skills: excel, power point, g-suite.- Spoken languages: english and spanish.- Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets knowledge.- Analytical Thinking.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Problem solving and creative thinking.- Genuine care for people.- Proactive, hands-on, with high learning agility.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
