Customers work with us to take advantage of the latest digital platforms with both custom and packaged applications, ensure resiliency, launch new products and enter new markets with minimal disruption Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO professional with strong Intercompany expertise . The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and a solid understanding of financial processes, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Business Partners (BP), Customer and Vendor Master Data, Reporting, and Intercompany Netting and Reconciliation . Responsibilities Lead system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, data migration, and user training. Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. Provide expertise to functional project teams and lead cross-functional initiatives. Design and implement system controls, SIT and UAT testing, and ensure compliance with e-reporting mandates. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global functions (Tax, IT, Controllers) to deliver compliant and effective country-specific solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and system analysis to assess impact on financial operations. Lead system testing and quality assurance efforts with IT and business teams. Deliver advanced system training and support to end-users. Identify and implement process improvements. Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to resolve business issues and contribute to policy development. Manage Intercompany processes, including configuration, reconciliation, and netting, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple entities. Basic Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting. Proven experience in client-facing roles. Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP configuration. Hands‑on experience with Intercompany transactions and reconciliation in SAP S/4HANA. Experience in the IT industry. Fluent in English. Other Qualifications Preferred Certifications: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner Certified Financial Systems Professional Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
