S.based teams, with a strong focus on Workday transactions and process execution. Stationed in Monterrey, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and front-line managers to ensure accurate and timely handling of employee lifecycle activities, data integrity, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role requires a detail-oriented mindset, strong systems proficiency, and a commitment to providing high-quality service across a range of HR operational functions.

In your daily job you will:**HRBP responsibilities**:- Execute and manage employee lifecycle transactions in **Workday**, including hiring, job changes, terminations, and organizational updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U. S. HR policies.- Provide timely and professional support to U. S.based HR Business Partners and front-line managers on operational HR matters.- Monitor and maintain data integrity across HR systems, performing regular audits and resolving discrepancies.- Support reporting and analytics needs by generating standard and ad-hoc reports from Workday to assist in decision-making and compliance tracking.- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee experience.- Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR processes, policies, and system navigation, escalating complex issues as needed.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation to ensure seamless HR operations.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.- Maintain documentation and process guides for HR transactions to support consistency and knowledge sharing across the team.- Leave Administration:- Serve as a liaison with the Center of Excellence (CoE) to manage leave requests.- Accurately process and maintain leave transactions in Workday.- Provide employment verification letters (EVLs).- Support Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and parental leave processes.- HR Operations: Provide general HR support as needed, ensuring alignment with Aptiv’s policies and practices.**Your Background**Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HRIS support, preferably in a multinational environment.- Must have strong proficiency in **Workday**, with hands-on experience in managing employee transactions.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data with accuracy.- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws in the US.- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global mindset.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).**Preferred**:- Experience supporting U.
