Plan, direct, and monitor all production or maintenance activities within an assigned area or unit to maximize the use of the organization’s resources and meet established production/maintenance specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards. Responsibilities Maintain world class safety performance Demonstrate Planning & Execution of Production Programs Projects & permits vertical star-up on time and budget Monthly budget compliance Plant Savings from Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement / Lean Comply with the reliability of maintenance of the productive channels of PTL Develop & execute capacitation matrix for maintenance technicians Qualifications At least 5 years as Maintenance supervisor/Automation Engineer/Instrumentation and control technician English language advanced skills SAP PM Maintenance management Projects management Budget control and management Industrial security with STPS, NFPA Safety and protection of the environment with semarnat and ISO 1400 Quality standards of processes and products ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCP Automation and Control Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Electrical Engineer or any related Benefits Ingredion Total Rewards and Benefits: An excellent superior benefits package that includes, life insurance, christmas bonus, performance bonus, global bonus, medical insurance and more Relocation Relocation Available : Yes, Within Country #J-18808-Ljbffr
