Integration Planner

No Relocation Assistance Offered - San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, MexicoThe **Integration Planner **is responsible to generate the planning of the production of the finished goods, packaging and raw materials, analyzing the variables that influence the process to stay in sync with the production plans based on the strategies of the sales department, demand and supply, as well as the variables of capacity and available products (all based on the company's systems, policies and processes), as well as implementing inventory management strategies balancing the capacities of suppliers and available storage.**Responsibilities**:- Balancing daily/weekly/monthly/annual production considering internal/external restrictions (Manufacturing lines, Receiver, Materials, etc.).- Constant monitoring of productive resource capacities and communication of any risk to the production plan.- Establish routine monitoring of production plans and attend necessary operational meetings.- Develop knowledge and business relationship with suppliers and generate optimal material inventory strategies.- Have constant communication to guarantee the production capacity in all the supplies that it manages and the correct strategies with the suppliers and get involved in their evaluation with the Purchasing team.- Collaborate with the purchasing area to identify continuous improvements with suppliers and develop strategies for agility and flexibility towards the company's business.- Coordination and monitoring of new projects/promotions with the different areas involved (eg Packaging, Quality, Network Operations, etc.) supported as needed by the use of Engineering Change Management (ECN).- Collaborate with CBS customer service and service areas to find operational efficiencies, supply strategies and category indicators.- Identify and communicate in time any risk of lack of material or generation of slow-moving materials.- Supervising of Production Plans and Net Requirements of Finished Goods and materials according to the Company's planning systems (eg. SAP/APO/PPDS)- Work with the Purchasing area to optimize purchasing parameters for each material and update this information in the company's SAP system.- Establish the appropriate level of inventories of Finished Product and Materials in financial terms.- Follow-up at the service level, together with the Supply team, to fulfill the Company's objective.- Follow up on obsolete and Slow Moving materials looking for options, with the Purchasing team, to minimize destruction to the company.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain positions, preferably in planning.- Knowledge of some inventory control software.- Advanced English.- Management of Google Suite (Google Slides/Google Sheets/Google Docs).- Knowledge in planning and production.- Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement.- Experience in project management.- Desirable knowledge in SAP, APO/PPDS- Desirable knowledge in Planning Pull Parameters (Interpretation of master data in the system)- Desirable - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Planning area or similar.Equal Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
