Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About the role**Entry-level professional in Test and Validation who analyzes equipment and processes, and prepares equipment for testing for small platforms/systems.**Key Responsibilities**:As a_ Test Engineer_, you’ll be responsible for:- Electrical and performance evaluations on Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Combustion Systems products, based on certification standards such as UL, AHRI, ASHRAE and ANSI.- Support the Engineering, Plant Operations and Design departments in the activities related to the Laboratory.- Performing test reports of laboratory units in a timely manner, evaluating safety criteria for our customers.- Performing visual aids and JSA procedures for the execution of special activities within the Laboratory.- Promote continuous improvement in the different processes to be executed, ensuring the quality of the results in the electrical tests.- Work as a team with the Laboratory personnel for the continuous improvement of the area.**Requirements**:We are looking for people who are proactive and hardworking.
