And if that’s you we would love to have you join usJob DescriptionDevelop, implement and monitor company safety/security programs and policies. Ensure compliance with government health and safety regulations. Conduct employee training in emergency response, life safety, industrial hygiene, and chemical and fire hazards. Conduct safety surveys and recommend corrective action where occupational hazards exist. Respond to emergencies and investigate accidents and recommend corrective action. Complete required federal, state and local government reports relating to safety.This position is located in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon and you will report to a EHS Team Lead.Responsibilites:- Release high-risk work permits.- Provide service to suppliers.- Execute health, hygiene, and environmental campaigns.- Conduct induction for new hires.The Essentials - You Will Have:- Technical high school diploma in industrial safety or related field.- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.- Availability for shift work.- Leadership and service-oriented attitude.- Experience in environmental, hygiene, and health audits (Desirable).- Knowledge of high-risk permit review and release processes.- Familiarity with internal audits.- Experience in organizing and coordinating brigades and prevention programs.- Knowledge of audit processes.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:- Additional certifications in industrial safety and hygiene.- Experience with emergency response procedures.- Knowledge of safety management systems.- Proficiency in safety-related software.What We Offer:- Savings Fund doubled by us.- Food coupons.- Subsidized cafeteria.- Transportation services.- Comprehensive mindfulness programs- Employee Assistance Program.- Personalized wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program.- On-demand digital course library for professional development.We believe that employee diversity is a key element of our common future.
