A Fender is more than an instrument; it's a cultural symbol that resonates globally.**About the job**:- The objective of this role is coordinate import/export operations looking for and guarantee the exportation from Mexico/USA and importation into USA/Mexico (Or other countries) of merchandises on time with 100% of trade & customs compliance. Implement legal changes on operations, generate and present reports/information and get permits to/from governmental authorities (Mexican and US).- Coordinate transportation, freight forwarders, brokers & logistics service providers.- Maintaining an effective and efficient flow of export and import controls related to international shipments to ensure compliance with Customs and other governmental regulations- Provide internal expertise on trade regulations; this will involve keeping accurate records, providing interdepartmental training, and increasing compliance communication and awareness.- Research opportunities for international trade cost avoidance**What you need**:- Professional level in international trade and customs or related career- Postgraduate desirable (MBA, supply chain, logistics)- Required: Experience in import-export operations- English 70%- Knowledge of customs laws and procedures of Mexico and USA to have the capability to prevent contingencies, implement legal changes on operations, generate and present reports/information and get permits to/from governmental authorities- Give support on audits (internal, external, and governmental)- Knowledge of customs system to comply with annex 24 and annex 31 (Use of INTRADE system desirable)- Focus on data base maintenance, generate reports to analyze information, coordinate and make system discharges of both annexes.- Capable to design and coordinate the implementation of interfaces between SAP system and INTRADE to automate the import-export processes- Coordinate import/export operations looking for and guarantee the exportation from Mexico/US and Importation/Exportation into USA of merchandises on time with 100% of compliance.- Design and Implement projects to increase operational efficiency.- Generate economic savings implementing new projects, getting governmental benefits, etc.- High knowledge of office w/special focus on excel (pivot tables, reports, Etc.)- Knowledge of the ERP import. -export. specialist profile 50% (SAP desirable)- Autonomous with minimum of supervision**About Fender Musical Instruments**:
