As an ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST, you collaborate in the administrative tasks in the area of imports and exports, as well as the management of digital files of foreign trade, enter expense accounts, purchase order management and coordinate month-end closing with Finance.**Key Responsibilities**- Review, control and efficient management of Customs Broker Expense Accounts, as well as ensuring the accurate accounting record by business unit.- Handle foreign trade taxes and report in a timely manner to the Finance area for the control of the PECE account.- Management of Foreign Trade Indicators to generate improvements in the processes of each business.- Digital File Control ensuring legal compliance.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce and/or administrative career- Experience: 2 years in foreign trade area.- Knowledge in accounting accounts records, identification of expenses and analysis.- Advanced Excel- Oracle system management**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
