We are an interantional european company dedicated to the reproduction of beneficial insects for crops, and we are looking for someone to join us as **_Production Manager_****Requirements**:- BSc/Ba in industrial engineer or Agricultural engineer- Proven experience as production manager, More than 5 years of experience leading large teams- Practical experience with Lean Six Sigma, 5s, TPM and Project Management- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations in the country- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts- Able to ensure key performance indicators compliance- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills- Fluent English (indispensable)- Resume in English**Skills**:- Decision-making skills- Results-driven approach- Outstanding communication ability- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills- Capability of working under pressure**Job responsabilities**:- Responsible for the production, quality and packaging of the bumblebees, mites and insects- Convert sales planning into production planning considering stock, labor and capacity, guaranteeing on time deliveries compared to sales forecast- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand the local requirements- Estimate costs and prepare budgets- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines- Monitor production to resolve issues- Supervise and evaluate production personnel performance (Quality Control department, maintenance, logistics, coordinators, leaders, staff etc.)- Responsible for a team of 5 direct reports and a total of employees up to 100**Offering**:We offer an interesting compensation package including benefits and perks.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- el manejo de una unidad de negocio: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Seguridad e higiene: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
