Royal Caribbean Group’s Global eCommerce has an exciting full-time Senior Site Reliability Engineer position reporting to the Sr. Manager, Site Reliability Engineering . This role is on-site in Mexico City. Position Summary The Senior SRE will support the Royal Caribbean website, using application and user performance data to inform decision-making. Responsibilities include triaging critical incidents, analyzing bugs, implementing best practices, optimizing infrastructure, and collaborating across teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Critical Incident Support: Review tickets, understand architecture, escalate issues, communicate incident details, document, and perform postmortems. Monitor and Optimize Systems: Provide insights into performance metrics, understand key metrics, prioritize bug fixes, and report deployment performance. Ensure System Reliability and Performance: Adjust health thresholds, create dashboards, maintain alerting tools. Collaboration: Maintain communication channels with teams to ensure updates are shared. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills 6-10 years in SRE, DevOps, QA, or related IT roles. Proficiency in AWS, Elastic Beanstalk, API design (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), monitoring tools (AppDynamics, DataDog, Splunk, New Relic). Strong troubleshooting, incident response, communication, and collaboration skills.
