PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Conduct billing operations and monitor operational / financial workflows to ensure billing compliance for new and existing customers.- Ensure that billing and related functional processes are performed in accordance with accounting policy.- Perform system and process audits to ensure that all invoicing procedures are being performed and transmitted accurately.- Review monthly audits and present analytical reporting to leadership.- Assist in month-end close including preparation of journal entries, billings package, A/R account analysis, and key revenue metrics.- Partner with sales and customer service to resolve billing inquiries, providing assistance with information requests.- Prepare ad-hoc analysis, as needed.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting- Ability to work in a high-growth environment and rapidly changing organization- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business software- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills- Ability to travel - 10% primarily domestic with the possibility of international travel; however, this could change based on company’s impending business needs- Ability to perform essential functions of the jobWORKING CONDITIONS: When duties are performed in a typical office environment, extended periods of sitting at a desk and viewing a computer screen will be required. Also required is the ability to talk and hear, in person and by telephone; use of hands to handle, feel, or operate standard office equipment; and ability to reach with hands and arms. Associates are frequently required to walk and stand. The noise level in this work environment is usually quiet. The noise level in the work environment can vary from being relatively quiet, to moderate, to excessive. Safety shoes or boots may be required in certain situations.
