**Job Title**: Chief Financial Officer - Mexico (CFO)**Location**: Mexico (Regional Scope)**Job Type**: Full-Time**Work Environment**: On-Site**Reporting to**: Vice President of FinanceAbout the Role:Key Responsibilities:- Lead and implement financial planning, budgeting, accounting, procurement, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regional and national regulations.- Manage internal controls, audits, and risk management activities, collaborating with insurance and risk management teams.- Oversee all financial reporting functions including monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports for corporate and client stakeholders.- Administer the full accounting cycle including general ledger, revenue recognition, cost accounting, and property and operational expenditures.- Review and authorize contracts, settlements, and financial disbursements related to events, concessions, and subcontractors.- Support HR functions and payroll administration on-site.- Collaborate with department leaders to drive financial performance, offering insights and actionable recommendations.- Prepare for and support external and client audits, implementing audit recommendations as required.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.- 5-7 years of experience in public accounting and/or financial management at the director or senior managerial level.- Advanced knowledge of general and cost accounting principles.- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.- Preferred experience with ADP payroll systems and Sage accounting software.- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading) is highly desirable.- CPA or MBA credentials are considered a plus.Desired Attributes:- Proactive, organized, and results-driven.- Skilled communicator with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.- Adept at balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational execution.- Committed to fostering an inclusive and transparent work environment.- and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees._****At ttg, "We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time," ttg OPT.****IND3
