Residential Electrician

**Job Overview****Duties**- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.- Work with high voltage and low voltage systems as required.- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently.- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.- Conduct troubleshooting using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to identify issues.- Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.- Follow safety protocols and adhere to NEC regulations at all times.- Participate in renovation projects as needed, providing electrical expertise for modifications or upgrades.**Qualifications**- Proven experience as an Electrician in both industrial and commercial settings is preferred.- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC) is a plus.- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage, low voltage, and NEC standards.- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.- Experience with frame carpentry or maintenance person tasks is beneficial.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.- Must be able to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety guidelines.
