Our purpose is clear: to make future mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous.- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests- Ensure compliance with company policies and local tax regulations- Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice or payment issues- Contribute to the improvement of accounts payable processes and procedures**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- Intermediate English- Experience:- In accounts payable or related accounting role- Knowledge:- In accounting software SAP- Advanced Excel- Of accounting principles and accounts payable best practices- Mexican tax regulations and financial reporting standards- Abilities:- Strong analytical- Problem-solving- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations- Manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Communication skills- To work collaboratively in a team**Additional Information**At Aumovio we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
