Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Warehouse Management Manager in our Apodaca Monterrey 4 location. This is an opportunity to join a manufacturing site that strives to be on the leading edge of technology to drive continuous improvement. What will you do: Lead and develop high-performing teams across Inventory Control, Inbound, and Outbound Warehouse Operations Optimize warehouse performance metrics while maintaining quality standards and budget objectives Orchestrate comprehensive warehousing operations including reception, storage, order preparation, and shipments Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness Establish emergency response protocols and ensure seamless logistics operations What will make you successful: Proven track record in warehouse management and logistics operations Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing multi-functional teams Expert knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational best practices Demonstrated success in budget management and process optimization Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree +7 years of experience in a warehouse roleProficiency with warehouse procedures and policies Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities Proficiency with SCM+ for warehouses SAP WMS Knowledge required.
