You will need to provide excellent service to brokers through a consistent, timely, and proactive approach to underwriting. You will also aim to generate new business by expanding your broker network, attending broker events, and building new relationships across the market - in line with a sales plan established with your manager.Another key aspect of the role is the provision of accurate monthly management information including submissions, bind rate, average premium, and total premium.What you’ll need to succeedThe ability to analyze financial statements.Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills.Good organizational and time management skills.**Customer and Sales orientated behaviors**: motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable.Ready to prove your potential?
