We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Airport Maintenance Director (F/M) to lead maintenance operations across these airports. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of maintenance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an airport environment, and a strong background in industrial or manufacturing sectors. This role requires a visionary leader capable of implementing advanced maintenance systems, managing large-scale contracts, and leading remote teams. Responsibilities include: Leading maintenance operations across multiple sites. Developing and implementing centralized Maintenance Control Center, Dispatch Desk, and CMMS. Establishing KPI-based performance management systems. Managing large maintenance contracts and ensuring SLA compliance. Controlling budgets with a focus on cost reduction. Planning infrastructure overhaul programs. Building and managing maintenance teams across locations. Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with various departments to optimize asset management. Supporting modernization and sustainability initiatives. Traveling regularly across airports. Minimum requirements: At least 10 years in maintenance leadership roles. At least 5 years in airport maintenance. Experience with CMMS, dispatch systems, and contract negotiations. Proven KPI development experience. Leadership skills for remote teams. Willingness to travel frequently. Engineering degree or equivalent preferred. This position is based at Monterrey International Airport, Mexico, with an initial 3-year contract, renewable for another 3 years.
