We delight our Fortune 100 customers such as Comcast, Apple, Samsung, Google, Vivint and Daikin with ground breaking wireless technology solutions such as advanced, voice-enabled remote controls, cloud control solutions, extreme low power Bluetooth silicon with energy harvesting capabilities, smart thermostats and sensors and many other IoT solutions.The Senior Payroll Analyst will be primarily focused on the preparation of the weekly payroll but analyzing and /or making the corrections necessary to deliver the payroll on time and accuracy.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include the following:- Download Checkers clock markings, if necessary- Load the OT into the system- Capture pre-payroll incidents (holidays, excuses absences, etc)- Verify and, where appropriate, adjust errors on O'clock attendance issues- Capture induction permits for newly hired staff- Support/help the payroll coordinator in generating and delivering settlements- Attention service (payroll doubts, loss of cards, permits, etc.)- Process and Capture bank accounts in the payroll system for new hires- Capture Shift Changes when people has been moved from one shift to another one.- Send Movements to IMSS (Social Security) related to hired, termination and salary changes.- Coordinate the correct delivery of food cards to employees.- Support in HR Projects, Finance, ISO (helps to improve processes of other departments and/or generate new ideas)- In coordination with HR, verify the correct employee information into the tress system (Department, immediate boss, area, etc.)*****Formal Education & Certification**BS Degree in business or Public Accounting, Basic English.**Knowledge & Experience**- + 3 years in Payroll.- Strong hands-on action plans.- Strong communication skills with the ability to solve payroll issues- Ability to multitask and manage priorities- Desire knowledge on payroll Tress system- Knowledge on LSS, LFT and LISR- Proficient in Microsoft ExcelUniversal Electronics Inc.
