Overview:The**Project Management Office Intern** supports to the MX PMO in production of metrics and project dashboards consolidating all the MX projects that helps in the monitoring and status visibility, as well as administer project documents in the official business project place and update PMO materials to ensure information displayed are up to date.The intern will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge about the key aspects for managing projectsWe are looking for an intern with strong ability to manage systems and reporting, thinking and problem solving skills as well as interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Education in business or IT fields, oral and written proficiency in the following: Spanish and English fluent**Location**: Monterrey, NL**Time Avaliability**: 25 hours per week**Responsibilities**:- Participate in the creation and production of metrics and project dashboard to consolidate the monitoring of the projects executed in the Branch- Support to administer the documents of the projects in Project Place and ensure clean up/update of the repository.- Support in the update of PMO materials in the PMO sharepoints to ensure that templates displayed are up to date.- Support in populate the intake requests for new projects and provide administrative support in carrying out those new requests for approval in the PMO Committee- Support managing projects and following up to project activities to ensure scope is meet on timeQualifications:- Education in business or IT fields. **With at least 12 months pior to graduation day.**:- Strong ability to manage systems and reporting- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.- Oral and written proficiency in the following: Spanish and English fluent- Project management and process improvementsDisclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
