You**XL.net is looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST. This role will be a fully remote position.We are already unparalleled in the solutions that we offer to our customers, but we know the other half to our success is acquiring the best employees to deliver those solutions. Navigating challenging situations in a professional manner, while articulating confident solutions to our customers’ concerns and needs will make you successful in this role.**Individual Responsibilities**- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, forecasts, etc.) considering company’s goals and financial standing.- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.- Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis.- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.- Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field.- Handle the end-to-end process for Accounts Receivable which includes client invoicing and past-due collections.- Handle the end-to-end process for Accounts Payable function which includes client vendor payment and maintenance.- Handle the Procurement Department and responsible for providing hardware and software quotations needed by projects department and service desk.- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.**Qualifications**- Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field**Desired Technical Knowledge****Our Vision**: Striving to build a culture that is continuously improving our clients’ productivity**Our Core Focus**:Enabling and accelerating innovation in SMBs to solve and change the world**Our Culture**:Customer satisfaction, teamwork and personal growthTo learn more about why this is a perfect next step in your career watch our core values video and see what makes us exceptional.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $28,000.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 10/10/2024
