Senior Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js, React, and SQL databases.- Collaborate on the migration of infrastructure to AWS and utilize AWS services as needed (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).- Work with GitHub Actions to manage CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployments.- Ensure efficient database performance and manage SQL queries.- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.**Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js (5+ years).- 3+ years of experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).- Basic knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.).- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.**Nice to Have**:- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Backendless, Bubble, Webflow, or Noodl.Our Recruitment Process- 15-minute Initial Call- 20-minute take-home skills test- 30-minute Call with Recruiter (project, benefits etc.)- Interviews directly with the client (1hr technical interview with me / 45m meeting with product lead /30m meeting with the broader team)- Final Offer**Benefits**:- Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)- Vacation: 10 business days a year- Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year- Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Zipdev Day)- Parental Leave- Health Care Reimbursement- Active Lifestyle Reimbursement- Quarterly Home Office Reimbursement- Payroll Deduction Purchase Plans- Longevity Bonus- Continuous Learning Bonus- Access to Training and Professional Development Platforms- Did we mention it's REMOTE?Wondering how our remote environment or our payment method work?
