Location: Irapuato, MX- Entry Level: Professionals (3+ years)- Function: Human ResourcesWebasto Roof Systems is currently recruiting for Comunication Specialist located in Irapuato, Gto.- Design the company's internal communication strategy- Execute the annual communication plan, ensuring the correct use of the assigned budget.- Manage and design information for internal communication channels.- Coordinate with the different areas, the optimization of organizational communication processes.- Development of regulations and work processes of the Internal Communication area as well as their updating.- Define internal communication channels (platform management).- Advice on actions to improve communication that promote positively in the work environment.- Execute and design the publication of the communication and culture campaigns according to the dissemination plans (forms and audience).- Coordinate logistics and content for holding corporate and integration events.- Writing content and obtaining multimedia resources for posting on social networks.- Coordinate the administrative process of the area: execution of surveys, database management, purchase orders, registration of suppliers.Webasto is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
