**Business Line Description**:This position is with NXP’s Automotive Processing (AP) Business Line. Our products are used by all major Tier 1 and OEM Automotive customers along with select Industrial customers. As a Product Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for defining the overall product marketing strategy and managing the launch of our products into the mass market.**Job Summary**:- Responsible for Full Market Launch of AP Silicon, Software and Solutions products- Define and Drive Go To Market plan, marketing messaging and required enablement.- Define and create material needed to make the best customer experience.- Analyzes needs from the market for future investment and focus. Work with Product Lines Management team to identify priorities to support and implement.- Align with Marcom to coordinate message for AP Portfolio.- Measure success on pipeline, Design Win and revenue.**Key Challenges**:- Convert business objectives and goals into action, assess risk and identify opportunity, including the development and deployment of go to market programs- Ability to adapt marketing programs in scope, timing and budget as various factors can potentially impact a program- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing and effective presentation skills.- Experience of using standard business reporting tools and reporting on key metrics.- Ability to develop successful cross functions relationships internally on an international basis.- When required, ability to work remotely and effectively to fulfill the duties of the role.**Cross functional aspects**:- Close collaboration with Product Line Management and Regional Marketing to support demand creation with target customers, opportunity pipeline review and support of key projects.- Close collaboration with Product Managers to ensure proper mass market launch of our products and partner ecosystem development.- Collaboration with other Business Line (e.g. Advanced Analog) to maximize the penetration of the complete NXP Automotive portfolio with our distributors, partners and customers.**Job Qualifications**:- Bachelors or Masters in Electronic & Electrical Engineering or related discipline- 3-5 Years of Semiconductor or high technology industry experience required- Technical marketing experience, with 2+ years of experience with a focus on go to market activities, including launch and business development- Interpersonal skills with excellent communication, collaboration and public speaking- Organized with great time and program management skillset- Adept at negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving- Fluency in English speaking/writing required- Ability to work in a flexible Home/Work environment**Job location**:Guadalajara, Mexico.
