Job Responsibilities Ensure continuous implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System and related processes (e.g., Technical Cleanliness, ESD) in compliance with current norms, certification rules, and customer requirements, in collaboration with the quality network. Plan, prepare, and conduct internal, customer, and external system audits according to relevant criteria. Support internal auditors within the global HELLA network. Create and maintain local process documentation for the Quality Management System in coordination with process owners. Implement new methods and processes, and provide specialized training. Prepare reports and ensure communication with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with central quality departments to develop and implement improvements in the Quality Management System. Assign tasks to employees based on their qualifications and support them to achieve targets. Maintain team performance, evaluate, and support qualification development. Qualifications Knowledge of quality management systems and non‑conformity management. Intermediate English proficiency. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of FES and productive lighting processes. Soft Skills Ability to lead teams, drive change, and implement strategies successfully.
