Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?Description: A seasoned professional with extensive knowledge in ML and some deep learning or probabilistic programming. Able to take a more active leadership role in projects, contributes to decisions on model architectures, and strategies. Provides thought leadership in the domain fostering the less experienced team members to grow as Data Scientists.**Skills**:- Highly efficient in python programming, able to understand more programming related concepts, like functional programming (other concepts include OOP, design patterns, and design principles), and understand performance issues without needing to execute code- Mastery over a complete suite of DS/ML tools, and the ability to leverage any other assistant tool- Able to discuss, recognize and implement design patterns to ML code and pipelines- Highly efficient with programming tools: command line interface, unix commands, git, etc.- Highly adaptable to new tools, this role requires the team member to be able to add new tools to their tool belt fairly easily- Strong skills in conveying complex data findings in an easily understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders- Highly proficient in "business knowledge", this includes items such as: high-level business processes, familiarity with at least one market's numbers (volume, SKUs, customers, sales statistics, etc.)- Ability to prioritize list of user stories & task, and have clarity to delegate accordingly to junior team members**Responsibilities**:- Completely own an end-to-end implementation for a model or pipeline- Integrating ML models into company systems, ensuring seamless functionality- Take part in “bigger picture” sessions with the team to decide the future of products and implementations- Actively mentor all team members, ensuring quality and continuous technical skills growth (PR Reviews)- Managing junior team members
